2. VIN-Specific Enquiry Service
The Service: We provide a specialized lookup service using your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure 100% compatibility with OEM and Aftermarket parts.
Enquiry Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹10 is charged per enquiry to cover the technical labor of part-matching.
The Guarantee: If our technical team is unable to identify the part or provide a formal quotation for your specific VIN, the ₹10 fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No Obligation: Once a quote is provided, you have the right to accept or reject it. The ₹10 fee does not constitute a down payment for the part itself.
3. Accuracy of User Information
The precision of our supply depends entirely on the VIN provided by you. Car Affair Superstore is not responsible for parts that do not fit if the VIN provided was incorrect or belonged to a different vehicle variant.

All content, logos, and product descriptions on this site are the property of Car Affair Superstore or its OEM partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
