Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

At Car Affair Superstore, we do not stock universal inventory. Every order is a "Back-to-Back" procurement based on your specific confirmation and payment.

Confirmed Orders: Once payment is processed and the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or revoked.

Reasoning: Upon your confirmation, we immediately place a non-reversible order with OEM/Aftermarket warehouses to secure your part.

2. Return Policy

Standard No-Return Policy: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind," "Part no longer needed," or "Found it cheaper elsewhere."

The "Mismatch" Exception: Returns are only accepted if the part sent is a mismatch (incorrect part number compared to the VIN quote).

Return Conditions:

  1. The part must be in its original OEM packaging.
  2. The part must show no signs of installation (no bolt marks, grease, or scratches).
  3. All holographic seals and brand tags must be intact.

Reporting Window: Any discrepancy must be reported via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the package. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for return consideration.
