Refund Policy

1. Enquiry Fee Refund (₹10)

Eligible: If Car Affair Superstore cannot find the part or provide a price quote for the submitted VIN.

Ineligible: If a quote is successfully sent to the user, the service is deemed complete, regardless of whether the user buys the part.

2. Product Refund (Mismatch Only)

We operate on a "Procure-on-Order" basis; therefore, refunds for parts are only processed under the following condition:

Part Mismatch: If the part delivered does not match the specifications of the VIN-specific quotation we provided.

Process: Once the mismatched part is returned to us and passes inspection (must be in original, ungreased, uninstalled condition), a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is due to our error (mismatch), we will cover the return shipping costs.
